Executive Assistant to Management (m/f/d)

Quines Capital GmbH is a private investment company based in Dusseldorf with holdings in IT companies and real estate as well as investments in public markets and alternative assets.

We are looking for a structured, discreet and proactive professional to work closely with management across finance, organization and day-to-day execution.

Role Overview

The role combines management support, finance-related work and administrative coordination in an entrepreneurial environment with short decision paths.

Your Responsibilities

The core of the position is to support management reliably and to keep key finance and organization processes running in a structured way.

Management Support

Proactive support for management in operational and conceptual tasks.

Liquidity Planning

Responsibility for payment management and liquidity planning.

Reporting

Preparation of reports, calculations and performance analyses to support decisions.

Investment Coordination

Coordination of investments, holdings and finance-related projects.

Stakeholder Interfaces

Preparation and review of documents for accounting, external partners and public authorities.

Administration

Ownership of administrative work including contract, document and correspondence management.

Your Profile

We are looking for an execution-focused professional with a strong business foundation and a high level of reliability in a confidential setting.

  • Completed degree in business administration at bachelor or master level, ideally with a focus on business, economics, general management or tax
  • Ideally several years of experience in a finance-related or management-related role
  • Strong Excel skills and confident handling of software applications
  • Solid knowledge of business analysis, reporting and liquidity planning; experience in wealth management is an advantage
  • Proactive thinking, initiative, discretion and reliability
  • Business-fluent German and English
